Wisdom Wednesday
Activities start after school at 3:30 p.m. and
run until 5:00 p.m. A LIGHT supper is served from 5:00 – 5:45. At 6:00,
the regular activities commence, with high school kids heading to band practice,
the K through 5th to Chapel choir and bells, and the 6th through 8th to youth
group. At 7:00, the confirmation kids (7th and 8th graders) go with Pastor for
instruction, the 2nd graders and younger go with Stephanie Wade for their youth
group time, the 3rd through 6th graders go with Christine Miller and Tonya Ottaviani
to their youth group and the high school kids go with Bob Metz to their youth
group.
There will be no Wisdom Wednesday held on the following dates:

Elementary Youth Group
Our Elementary Youth are divided into two different groups: Cherub Youth Group,
ages 3 - 1st grade, and Elementary Youth Group, grades 2nd - 5th. Elementary Youth
meet at the Church for their youth groups on Wednesday nights during Wisdom Wednesday.
In Youth Group, the youth learn about the Bible, do crafts, play games and more!
The youth also participate in Chapel Choir and Chapel Bells.
Normal yearly activities in the past have included such things as hangouts,
ice skating, Vacation Bible School, visiting a Nursing Home, crafts, Church basketball,
lock-ins, Halloween party, Easter Egg hunt and more!
Middle School Youth
Middle School Youth Group, grades 6 - 8, meets on Wednesday nights during Wisdom Wednesday.
In Youth Group we Bible Study, play games, and more!
Normal yearly activities in the past have included such things as hangouts, lock-ins, serving meals at
the Union Rescue Mission, horseback riding, snow tubing, Youth Quakes, Church
basketball, movie nights and more!
High School Youth
High School Youth Group, grades 9 - 12, meets on Sunday mornings from 9:00-9:45 a.m.
In Youth Group we discuss important issues facing teens today such as relationships,
family matters and school concerns as well as spiritual and faith topics.
The High School Youth has a band, Seven Story News. The band is awesome!
All high school youth are invited to join either or both bands and if you are
interested, please let me know!
Normal yearly activities in the past have included such things as whitewater rafting,
paintball, serving meals at the Union Rescue Mission, movie nights, snow tubing, hangouts,
lock-ins, Construction Zones and more!
